Event Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change due to unforeseen circumstances. If you need to postpone your event, Lakshita Events will be happy to assist in rescheduling it to a mutually convenient date, subject to availability.

Please note that the advance booking amount is reserved for your event preparations and scheduling; therefore, it is non-refundable. However, the amount can be adjusted toward the rescheduled event.

Booking & Advance Payment

To confirm an event booking, an advance payment is required. This helps us reserve the date, arrange resources, and begin preparations for your event.

Care of Event Materials

We take great care in providing quality décor, props, furniture, and event materials. We kindly request our clients and guests to help maintain these items during the event.

In the unlikely event of significant loss or damage to items provided by Lakshita Events due to negligence, misuse, or circumstances within the client’s control, the cost of repair or replacement may be applicable.
